    Urgent Action Needed to Stop Cuts and Giveaway to Billionaires

    June 25, 2025 — The Senate is currently reviewing its version of the federal budget already passed in the House. There are seriously harmful cuts to benefits and rights we count on as workers. This is a brief summary of their plans to cut from programs we count on to fund and supercharge a massive giveaway to billionaires. Only when it’s a massive giveaway to the filthy rich are they ok with adding trillions to the national debt.

    GoJet AFA Reaches Tentative Agreement

    June 25, 2025 — GoJet AFA reached a Tentative Agreement this week! The Tentative Agreement includes wage increases effective immediately, 100% pay and credit for Deadhead and Ferry Pay, an increase to per diem rates, a trigger for boarding pay (first regional tentative agreement with boarding pay), and a pathway to ending 24-hour reserve availability, among other improvements.

    June 25, 2025 — Yesterday, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) held a public board meeting on the probable cause of the Alaska 1282 in-flight separation of a mid-exit door plug separation from the fuselage and immediate decompression on Alaska Flight 1282. The Board’s Findings and Recommendations from its investigation were extensive and detailed.
